At Clozety, we take pride in the quality and care behind every product. To maintain hygiene standards and ensure product integrity, we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy.

❌ Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

💸 Refund

Refunds are only applicable in the rare case of damaged or defective products. To initiate a refund, customers must:

  1. Upload a clear video showing the damage or defect at the time of unboxing.

  2. Submit the video within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.

Once verified, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
